Jonathan Stormer Pezzi is an attorney at Kinkead & Stilz, PLLC, where he focuses on 1031 exchanges, real estate and corporate transactions, and zoning and development. He earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School, a Master of Science from University College London, and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University. Jonathan is admitted to practice in Kentucky and is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.

Cailee Higdon is an attorney at Kinkead & Stilz, PLLC, whose practice spans business and real estate transactions, including 1031 exchanges, commercial leasing, the purchase and sale of business interests, business formation and restructuring, and zoning and development. She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisville, cum laude. Cailee is admitted to practice in Kentucky and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
